Refund and Returns Policy

As a Hong Kong-headquartered global e-commerce platform, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with a transparent return policy. Eligible items (unused, in original packaging with tags intact) can be returned within 30 days of delivery—customized or final-sale clothing is excluded.​

To start a return, log into your account on our website, submit a return request with your order number and reason, and wait for our confirmation (usually within 24 hours). You’ll then receive a pre-paid shipping label for most regions; return shipping fees are covered by us if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. For change-of-mind returns, you bear the shipping cost.​

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our Hong Kong warehouse), we’ll process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Note: Customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable, and we’re not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit—we recommend using tracked shipping.
